Ben Weinlick
Ben is driven by the desire to help people and community get better at navigating and problem solving complex challenges together. He’s an innovator and collaborator at heart and will show you how he doesn’t just throw those words around lightly but acts on them. Ben was instrumental in developing the Action Lab and has been deeply involved in systems change work through stewarding think tanks and social innovation for the last 15 years. He is the founder of an innovation consultancy network called Think Jar Collective, and co-founder of a tangible social innovation called MyCompass Planning that is scaling across North America.
Currently Ben is the Executive Director of Skills Society which is one of the largest developmental disability service organizations in Edmonton and also houses the Action Lab.
